Nope no subscription needed. LouLou gives away an average of 2-3 lotteries during each magazine cycle. These lotteries are mentioned in their magazines. The giveaways are usually on one specific day between Noon-1 pm.

You just need to go to the LouLou Contests web site (http://www.louloumagazine.com/englis...ests/index.jsp) and click on the lottery during the specific giveaway day and sign up between Noon-1 pm to enter. If you are one of the lucky 100 recipients, you win the prize and it gets mailed to you!
