Y-neighbour community sales

Thought I would start a thread on the Y-neighbour sales so that we can share when these are coming up in our neighbourhoods.

For those of you who aren't familiar with these sales, it's like a big garage sale of clothes, toys and kids stuff in a community centre hall. Individuals rent tables and sell their used kids stuff.

Hey, us Winnipeggers can't pass up a good garage sale, eh? There are usually great deals to be had for those who show up early.

Dakota CC April 17 from 9 - 12:30.

I think the Southdale one will be on the same day (it usually is) and so will the St-Norbert one...please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the heads up; marked it on my calendar. I am looking for outdoor toddler toys for the summer, hopefully I can find some good stuff; I will probably have to be there early though.

I LOVE the Y neighbour sales! I know of 2 on the April 24th.
One in St. Norbert (Don't know the address)
Other is the Charleswood one at 4820 Roblin Blvd.

I wish they were spread out more. Sometimes there are 3 in one day and you can't get to them all!

There is one on April 11 from 12-3pm at Lindenwoods Community Center. There will be lots of brand name clothing for children such as Gymboree, Gap, Old Navy. As well, there will be toys!

I know that there is 2 in the st james area one at bord aire community club, and one at marinath chirch on sturgeon both on the 17th.

hello everyone,

there is a used toy & clothing (i assume childrens) sale this saturday, April 17th. it is at the EMC church, 2005 st.mary's rd. (south st.vital). it runs from 9 - noon. admission is $1. i spotted on my way home from a stacking trip to LD.

I do agree, that it is too bad that there are so many on the same day, as i would go to them all if they were spread out a little more.

Anyone know when the multiples one is?
