Some (not all) now use a new java-less printer as several browsers have blocked java due to security concerns

I'm like Anna Michel. I just cannot get the new Smartsource to print out for me. Really dislike the "upgrade" to the site.

This happened to me multiple times. Installing java and firefox browser fixed it.

You need Adobe Acrobat DC on your system. You download a PDF of your coupons and save it. You then open your PDF and immediately a dialog box pops up that asks if you want to print your coupons. YOU MUST SAY YES. You only get one try and have to re-download the file to try again. That's what I gathered.

I have just installed Adobe Acrobat DC on my system and it is still not working. Anybody knows how to download the coupons as PDF once selected to print? I don't see this options anywhere.

Check your downloads folder - it should have come down automatically.

It will be called something like SmartSource_Coupon_MonthDay.fdf

Depends if the coupon uses java or the new system too.
The PDF should just open or be in your downloads, it will look blank until printed.
