Is their a list of stores that do not accept printable coupons (I could not find it in a search)?

it is hit and miss really, some do and some don't. it is different in each city/town

I am new to the coupon world. Can anyone tell me the "couponing codes" Like WUP and all the other "wup" ones. Im so confused. I am looking where to get these soup broth coupon so I can stock up. Any help. Thanks so much.
