Each Canadian electric utility has their own coupons with the exact same value and promotion. Simply google your utility and coupons. It a national insentive.

Most stores accept black and white printed coupons such as Wal-Mart and Zellers. Though it helps to print colour coupons sometimes when dealing with a cashier that is not use to accepting coupons.

The printable coupons that I know of are all listed on page 1. I have not seen many/any grocery specific ones unfortunately. Those are normally found on tear pads, through various online resources etc.

Okay, so as I try and wrap my head around this whole idea of extreme couponing I have some (what I think) basic questions.

- if the coupon expires in a month, for example and you need to have the coupon mailed to you and can only print or request one per month...how do you get enough coupons to get the stuff for dirt cheap?
- when you sy you can print one a day on some of the coupons in your post...does that mean (for example) that I can print off an Advil coupon each day for five days and then use all five coupons at the store to purchase one box of Advil?
- I want to trade coupons to get the ones that I need and I know some others do the same...what is the best way to do that?
- Tide, Finish diswaher products, toothpaste, Pullups etc are all the ones that I need and I have so many to trade...

If the coupon expires in a month it likely won't be available to be mailed out, most coupons that are mailed out have expiration dates that adjust to when you order them. They can also typically be reordered after a certain amount of time.

Printing coupons is just that, you print them, so, in most cases people print them off when they are going to use them or to have them on hand.

Watch for sales

- when you sy you can print one a day on some of the coupons in your post...does that mean (for example) that I can print off an Advil coupon each day for five days and then use all five coupons at the store to purchase one box of Advil?

You can print off one a day, and yes use all of them in one trip after acquiring a few, however you cannot use more than one per item purchased.... so if you have 6 advil coupons you have buy 6 boxes advil to use all 6 coupons.

Normally people post what they have.... many times if you find something someone else has, they will post their wishlist in the thread or it will be under their profile under the "about me" tab.
