Database Error / Very Slow

I am having a lot of issues with database errors and very slow loads on pages that they time out

and the Points and Prizes thread seems to have a bug.... I can't view it.

I clicked on the thread link from my UserCP page under Subscribed Threads and the page just keeps refreshing every 2 seconds....wth! :(

i wish i knew how to help!

I'm now able to view both threads without them refreshing.... but that was so weird!

I am not having problems on any other site, my computer is not lagging, etc.

Is there a bug in those threads? http://serve.mysmiley.net/confused/confused0013.gif

yeah a few days ago the cashlagoon thread was doing the refresh thingy to me... i thought it was my computer though so i didnt think to mention it
