During the Contest Period approximately 2,000,000 specially marked packages of Maple Leaf Prime™ and Maple Leaf Prime® Naturally* “Canada’s Leading Brand of Chicken” products will contain the contest theme and a unique 10 digit alphanumeric Contest PIN. To enter the Contest, visit www.mapleleaf.com, click on the Year of the Mom Contest button and follow the on-screen instructions including entering your unique 10 digit Contest PIN Number in the required field. Once complete, click “Submit” and you will be automatically entered into the contest. Limit one (1) online entry per Contest PIN Number.

No purchase necessary. To receive a Year of the Mom Contest PIN number, mail your request in writing, including your name, address, phone number (with area code) and email address along with a postage paid return envelope to:

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from eligible entries received from Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime Provinces and One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from eligible entries received from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Each Grand Prize consists of a twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) CDN cheque issued to the Grand Prize winner.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
At the beginning of the promotion, five hundred (500) instant win prizes will be available to be won. Each instant win prize will consist of one (1) coupon redeemable against the purchase of a Maple Leaf product to a maximum value of ten ($10.00) dollars CDN. Each Instant Win Prize will be randomly assigned to a specific date and time during the Promotion Period. The first entrant, who enters the site, completes the entry form and submits a valid Contest PIN number on or immediately after the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win an Instant Win Prize assigned to that time. If you are a Potential Winner of an Instant Win Prize, you will see a message onscreen informing you that you are eligible to win the Instant Win Prize. In order to be declared an Instant Winner and to receive your prize, you must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online.
