Which restaurants have a Blooming Onion type appetizer?

This might be an odd request, but ever since Outback Steakhouse closed down I've been craving a blooming onion. Yes, they're terrible for you but I just love them! I tried making my own at home, but it didn't go very well. Lilly Kazilly's has one and it's okay, but all my googling hasn't turned up another local restaurant that serves a blooming onion type appetizer.

Does anyone know of another restaurant in Windsor that serves an appetizer like that?

I agree as well...I was mad as h*ll when outback closed down. My favorite place to eat.
