Superstore does and they're having a huge blowout with up to 70% off. They had tons of black and grey pants when I was there.

Where are you located. If you're in Toronto, I'd highly recommend the Jacob outlet. There's one at Hwy 7/Woodbine in Markham. I went a little after boxing day and they had dress pants for $10-$20. An absolute steal if you ask me. They had lots of stock and I think you could probably still find items at this price.

yep last week it was b1g1 50% off the clearance price, some good deals to be had in there, there were dress pants on for 10-20$ and there nice pants.

suzy shier always has nice plain dress pants for cheap, regular price maybe $25, and the sale ones go for about $10

in the medium range, H&M has dress pants in the final sale rack for 50-70% off, but after the discount they would still be around $15-$20

on the higher end, Club Monaco is clearing out fall/winter clothing as well. the one in downtown toronto (across from the rom) has pants going for $29.99 regular $129.99

25% off or B1G1 50%, you pay the same amount, but better to have 25% off so you dont have to buy an even number of things. I am not a big fan of Rickis though, too dressy for me. Interestingly though, I been doing a lot of shopping at Goodwill lately, 1/3 of their stuff is Ricki's and most of them are in mint condition, sometimes they even have the store price tag hanging on them still.

Thanks a lot guys, I really had no idea there were so many sales on! I really need to get myself some nice dress pants, and I live in toronto so I can go to most of the listed stores. I'll just have to check out the town center and superstore for sure, if only I had time today! Thanks again.

Go to a high end fashion store in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It's located almost directly across from the clock on the main drag(Queen st.) It's called Silkeborgs and they are having a sale on designer pants for $10.00!! They are upstairs and along the back wall. I got 4 pairs of pants that were originally around $100 each.

I always get mine at Suzy Shiers...they have some nice ones there!
I got some last month for $15/pair.....don't know if the sale is still on though!

I usually go to Reitmans. And as someone said, they are having a 40% off sale.
