This Contest starts on June 3, 2010 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”). To be eligible, Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on June 27th, 2010

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)

entrants will be required to submit an original written submission, no longer than 250 words, of a true story that describes their family’s experience with S’mores which celebrates fun and the family spirit of summer and S’mores (the “S’mores Experience”). The S’mores Experience must be based on the family’s actual events.



Finalist Prizes: There are three (3) Finalist Prizes available to be won, each worth approximately $250. Each Finalist Prize consists of:

• A S’mores supply pack consisting of 10 (approximately 400-500g) packs of graham wafers, 6 (approximately 400-500g) packs of large marshmallows and four boxes (144 bars) of 45g Hershey’s® milk chocolate bars; and
• A 1-year subscription to Canadian Family

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a family getaway available to be won, with an approximate retail value of $4,000 based on a sample Calgary departure. Actual value of prize will depend on location of winner’s residence, and dates of booking and departure. Winner will not be entitled to the difference, if any, between actual and stated value. The Grand Prize consists of a S’mores family getaway for four (4) to Niagara Falls, Ontario and a one (1) night stay in Toronto, Ontario to take place August 7, 2010 to August 10, 2010. Specifically, the Grand

Prize includes:

• Transportation for the winner and three (3) guests from the airport, train station or bus terminal (as selected by Sponsor) nearest to the winner’s residence to Niagara Falls, Ontario, departing on August 7, 2010 and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (quadruple occupancy) in Niagara Falls, Ontario as selected by Sponsor;
• A $250 gift certificate for the winner to spend at The Hershey Store in Niagara Falls, Ontario;
• Tickets for four (4) to ride the Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls, Ontario;
• Transportation by bus, shuttle, or car (as selected by Sponsor) from Niagara Falls to Toronto on August 9, 2010;
• One (1) night standard hotel accommodation (quadruple occupancy) in Toronto, Ontario as selected by the Sponsor on the night of August 9, 2010;
• Transportation to a media briefing in Toronto on August 9, 2010 and between the hotel and the Media and Sampling Event to be held in Toronto on August 10, 2010 in which the winner will be the guest of honour;
• Transportation to the airport, train station or bus terminal in Toronto (as selected by Sponsor, depending on location of winner’s residence) and transportation back to the point of origin nearest winner’s residence; and
• $500 cash for winner to cover meals and miscellaneous expenses.
