I like to share quality info for readers, We are now in a very different economy, like, something happening in Japan, Korea, etc. oceans apart can affect a persons retirement lifestyle here. Most of the info our media provides is biased, & its hard to trust media these days. Real quality research info is hidden from common person who need the most.
Long term rates can even GO LOWER (people on fixed income like GIC, T bills, etc. were getting nothing on their investments, now they will get even lesser)
