    I recently purchased Wilton Wall-E icing decorations and I wasn't happy with them as they had paper all stuck to the backs that I couldn't remove. I contacted them and they said that they would either give me a replacement pack or they would send me muffin cups, cookie cutters and treat bags. This is what they sent me by FedEx today! I am so happy and what great customer service!!!

    I like the idea that you have a variety of holidays in there: hallowe'en (cat cookie cutter, bags), Easter (cupcake liners), Christmas (cookie cutters, box, bags)!! Good for you!
