I always seach BC............always.
I searched in the Health and well being section and it did not come up.

Best to always search the entire site rather than a particular subection only since opinions can vary on where a freebie 'should' go. If you only serach one subsection you stand a much greater possiblity of reposting.

I seem to be having a deja-vu (vew?) here... You need to search from the MAIN section..... always.... often things have been posted but in other sections... I am certain we have been over this. No harm done, but remember to always search from the main forum.
