My friend has offered me a used iPhone 3GS for $90...
1. She is buying an iPhone 4 so she doesnt need it (she's not scamming me)
2. 8gb
3. No scratches (she has been using a case)
4. She has owned it for between 6-8 months and a lot apps installed (useful I think)

yes it is...considering they were selling the 3g for 400 new without a contract...i got mine free with a 3 year contract, and i love my iphone...my plan is only 40.00 a month for internet, texting, nights and weekends free, and 100 minutes od long distance a month.
yup its a decent price, i paid a lot more but i got it without contract

Yup, good price. My friend just sold his for $200 USD, made himself $40 and upgraded to iPhone 4 :P One thing you should know is that you won't be able to update those installed apps unless your friend is willing to give you her account info or will regularly enter it in for you. Still a great price regardless of the apps.
Thank you guys, for the advance. Now at least I know this is worth the money, definitely! Since iPhone 4 is released, iPhone 3GS has lowered its price, now $99 for a new one. Whatever, I'll thank her in person.
