Help! Where do we get the SPC VIP card this year???

I'm not seeing anything about LOU LOU subscriptions providing SPC VIP cards this year??? Am I wrong? I just noticed mine is expiring in July. It's been great this year getting free perogies and 10% off at Zellers!
Can anyone help?

Yes I would LOVE to know as I missed out on last year's. So I'm hoping I can get one this year.

last year i got mine with the Loulou magazine offer...buy the magazine subscription, get the free vip card... I hope to get this again this year too...

I need to get the VIP card too...but do you have to buy the LouLou mag....
