question about certain coupons that expire the end of July

not sure if this is the right place but here goes

many of the coupons I have expire the end of July I use them mostly in trains
the ones are


Triscuit
Bear Paws
GoldFish
Dove Body wash (the 1.50 off)
most are non save.ca etc
Old Spice body wash
Gillette Body wash

mostly the manufacture coupons

my question is (I know about time I ask it )

how soon after they expire are new ones offered
(that you have found)

with the oldspice, i find there seems to always be on out there, if not 10 different ones
as for the gillette body wash, that one is newer to my knowledge, there is still the wub a razor get a free body wash that doesn't expire till sept.

the others i have no idea
