Icoke.ca -- Get Rewards- Program Ended

They took away 250 points for the ringtone prize.I emailed them a complaint.I got an email back today that said I used 250 iCoke points to play the game.I never use up my points for play the instant win games I always play icoke.ca/npn I sure wouldn't use up my points when I play a game I can play for free.I emailed them again to try to get back my 250 points.They didn't take away many points but it's the principle iCoke.ca is totally wrong.If it shows 250 points for your ringtone prize in your shipping status and you used icoke.ca/npn then email them a complaint.

Please let me know what they say as they did this same thing to me, I haven't written them yet because I am still argueing with them over a coke bottle that said I would get 1000 points for and I got 500....when I emailed them, they said they are aware of the problem however they didn't say anything about giving me the points???

I just got a pin from my Sprite bottle valued at 1000 pts. I don't collect icoke points so anyone want it? First person to PM gets it :)

Didn't think I'd get so many messages. Next time I buy a Coke product I'll definitely post here again :)

crh1966-Yes, I had the PIN is not active or expired type of message with a Coke PIN from a FIFA labelled 2L bottle. But at least one other SCer had no problem using a FIFA PIN after my post here.

BTW, my McDonald's card ($5) arrived today (3 weeks). I noticed that the letter insert said ON PROV ONLY after the item listing.

Got another McD's $5 GC today in the mail.

That happened to me, but I thought I misclicked or something. Guess it's a bug in the system. Hope they get it cleared up for you! :)

This new game has alot of bugs when it comes to rewarding/deducting points. Its even more frustrating when a huge company like Coke will relay poor customer relations when they bicker/ignore/deny points and issues with their contest. I know they are 'only points' but if its something that I earned, and should receive, I would really like to....without having to shoot off repeated emails!

On Friday, I received my movie tickets that I redeemed for a few weeks ago. I find it really irritating that on the redemption page and in my order history they claim they are 'admit one' vouchers, however, they are actually 'be my guest' vouchers. There is a relatively big difference between the two. They need to indicate that on the website.
