All I did was answer the STQ when I won. I did not have to fill out any forms. Received my win a few days ago.
Did you win a bigger prize or something?
No, I answered the question on line. Are you sure you won the secondary prize or maybe you won the ps3.

Anyone ever enter a PIN and iCoke says it's not valid? This came off a two litre bottle we just finished, wasn't a salvaged one or anything.
