I bought $20 in gift cards with our accounts. I will buy them again next week. Going to save up to get something good. Hope this doesn't blow up in my face and they remove this reward.

That's how it seems to me - that it's just the things listed when you click on icoke.ca on the site, not what's under other categories.

I think the shipping is probably dependent on the weight -- hats don't weigh much so would cost little to send. If you were to order the bike or the popcorn machine, I'm sure that would be a LOT more because of its shipping dimensions and weight. T-shirts will probably cost little too though. Can't say for sure though since I haven't tried.
