The same thing happened to me! and I live alone ,besides my one year old son and I know it wasn't him. I'm pissed as well. I sent them a email about it. I was waiting on stuff that probaley isn't coming now plus I had about 3,000 points.:mad:

Rewards is down for maint. Hopefully they are upgrading the prizes. Hoping to get Cne passes ! MOvie Tickets are up and a blank square..lol.. wonder what it is?

No, spreadthered charges only $5.50 no matter how many items you order (I called them before I ordered) --I ordered 4 small things, yesterday--and UPS tracking says they will be here today! :excited:

Lots of magazines available. I just ordered a new one...my subscription from last year just ended.

icoke is really making me mad,
I ordered 2 cineplex tickets july 13th and 1 $5 pizza pizza card on Aug 8
I got the gift card today (aug 19, sheet says ordered aug 17)
and i STILL havent got my movie tickets... wtf

I have found the icoke program to be very poory run. Something of a joke, really, considering how huge and profitable the CocaCola company is! If you email them about a problem it will be weeks before you get a response . . . IF you get a response. Works out well for the company, though. They have very little investment in the website and maintanance (it would seem from all the problems/screwups) but people keep chosing their products because of the pins.
I'm just a bit p!$$#d with them right now because of that whole survey fiasco.

Got the McD's $5 GC and the PizzaPizza $5 GC I ordered and forgot about. I keep forgetting I order these lol Nice surprise for me.

Still have not received mcdonalds gc I ordered first week of July! Ive given up on those

yup the response email said they would look into it and get back to me i havent heard anything. 30,000 points lost

Since the merchandise fulfillment is by a Whitby company, I wonder if it's just not receiving enough restock to meet existing orders?

I think my account points expire in a few days and I don't have enough to redeem for anything.
