i had this issue before and i emailed icoke and they email me back saying that some bottles have exp dates on the necks...so the "inactive" means codes are already expired...

ANYONE know what the codes on yellow lids are for?? for some reason they don't say where to enter them on the lid, i was given a big bag for of caps and i have about a dozen yellow caps with codes

another question.. the ones that offer a free song is there a way to actually get the points? i've entered two of them it says i get a free download.. but i really don't want a download.. i'd rather have the points

Nope, I wish! I wish they had done it like when they had the iTunes OR points thing. How many times can I download that freaking song (I did once) and I am sick of it from all the coke commercials on during the Olympics.

What more stupid is that even the song was supposed to be expired over a month ago yet every 519mL bottle you find everywhere is the download song. I haven't found a usable points caps for a couple months now, and I used to find them everyday:shrug: Oh Coke, please get yourself together, I want to go back to being rewarded for cleaning up the side roads.

The only thing good about these caps are they do keep your account active when you enter them so I've saved a few for that purpose : (
