Im really choked with iCoke. I had almost enough points in my account to get free movie passes before I left for vacation, returned from vacation to find my points gone. I think its so stupid that they take your points if you dont add new points for a while. I earned those point and now there gone.
Jenny - e-mail them, my husband did... it took a while, but eventually (almost a month) they did show up again.

email them ... you should have received a email 30 day before it expire and then another 7 day before it expire. That's what I was told from the email last time when my points expire. However I never did received those emails but I did got my points back.Quote:

Just in response to a few people who've recently lost their points: Last week I signed in to icoke and found all my points gone (over 90,000), and was shocked to find them gone, knowing I definitely hadn't been away from the site for 90 days. I hadn't gotten any emails either from icoke. Well, I was super mad, and immediately emailed them letting them know I didn't appreciate it. The very next day I received an email, and they put my points back in my account.
I'm super happy to have the problem resolved and to have my points back that i'd been saving for so long, but they didn't admit to being wrong about taking my points. The first part of the email was like a form letter telling me that my points expired because of the 90 day thing. So thumbs up for getting my points back, thumbs down for customer service.
So anyone who's in a similar situation, definitely send an email and don't let your points go!
E-mailed them yesterday for my missing points and I've just received an answer that my points was expired but they returned them in my account :) I received back 7550 points and I'm almost sure, that I had much more, but I had before 2 accounts and I'm not sure who was the active one. Never mind, 7550 is better than nothing :)
