Try emailing them. They returned my points to me, as I had no clue about the 90 day thing, and had not checked my email in a while. They are pretty nice about it.

I lost all of mine too and never even got an email saying they were about to expire. I've completely given up on this program though. I don't understand why they have to make points expire. It would be different if they actually had decent prizes more often but that seems to have disappeared, same with the games.

I have noticed that the 2L PINs for iTunes codes are not being accepted-doesn't seem to matter whether they are 12-character or 14-character ones. One cap has a June 30/2012 expiry and the other three caps have Dec. 31/2012 expiries. I am not keen on just redeeming the PINS for points-I want codes for the music!

Is anyone having the same issue? I noticed that IE7 browser window generated a yellow caution exclamation mark symbol after the redemption page loaded, so I used Opera 11.62-still the PINS are rejected. Sigh (and I have tried each week to enter the PINs).

I just traded some of my itunes caps from coke and seems like no one had any issues. They expire at the end of sept. Now they were the 591ml size. I do have some for trade in the trading section if anyone is looking for some and can see my WL there
