    And if you aren't a student, you need to get the 'VIP SPC' card via a subscription to LouLou mag (some people get it thru Rogers too I think). See the beginning of this thread/first post for info.

    Yes it comes separately. Mine came in a Rogers envelope and I was so confused at first because I forgot that Rogers owns Lou Lou. Lol. Funny thing is I got my card last week and haven't gotten the magazine yet. Haha. Not that I care though because I just bought the it for the card. Hope you get your card soon!!!

    The BMO spc promos are only for students, that's what I was told. So they are for the spc card, not the vip spc card.
