Just got my new SPC card ordered from spccard.ca today! Wasn't as lucky as xox2010to get the VIP one, but there's isn't a difference when I'm a student for the next year anyway. Some new on the list that I'm excited about, some much more than others is:
Rexall/PharmaPlus 10% off regular price
The Body Shop $5 off $20
Second Cup free upsize (yay it's back from two years ago!!)
American Eagle Outfitters and aerie 10% off regular and sale price (back from two or three years ago)
Costa Blanca and Costa Blanca X 10% off regular and sale price
Danier 25% off regular price
Mexx 15% regular and 5% off sale price
Pink 10% regular price
Blockbuster free popcorn with every rental or purchase

Most importantly, Zellers is still on there for 10% off regular and sale price, though the Bay and its restaurant isn't anymore.

Thanks for posting! I'm excited about Pharma Plus, The Body Shop (!), AE (glad they're finally bringing this back! I don't shop much there anymore, but it's nice to save money when I do!), and Blockbuster (yay free popcorn whenever I rent movies!)

Just want to let you all know that if you subscribed when the offer was for 10 issues of LouLou to get the VIP SPC card -- before they changed it to 8 -- that they will respect the 10 issue offer. That's what I did and that's what I was told. They merged the new sub with my current sub which expires September. They said I might have an overlap of issues one month, but I would be credited for that issue (i.e., it won't count as my first issue).

Fyi, the mag has been cut back to 8 issues a year, which is the reason for the change in # of issues.

Please post when you get your VIP card if you're getting it through LouLou. I was told they would be sent out beginning of August at the earliest! How am I going to manage without it?!!!

Last year was first time with a vip spc. I only got my card in november or december. Should I be expecting it shortly after the old one expires ie next week? I did get another issue of loulou today, but no spc. I was expecting another long delay so I gave my card a final hurrah today at zellers. spc savings(today only)=15.63$

This card has paid for itself tenfolds. If you are thinking of getting it, but not sure if its worth it, trust me it REALLY is

I was opening some mail today when I gasped out loud! I received my first SPC VIP card today - and I picked the "bill me later" option!

Mind you, I already was subscribing to LOULOU and they likely have my CC on file...but I was still thrilled!

Wow that was quick. What day did you order it? When is it valid from?

I ordered it the first day it was posted. It is valid until July 31, 2011.

Is it valid thought Aug, 2010 & does it include Zellers still?

I assume it is valid starting now - with it expiring a year from now on July 31, 2011 and with no commencement date posted on the card.

It does include Zellers - both retail and restaurant.
