Food and Fitness Journal
I'm looking at buying a food and fitness journal to try and keep track of, well, my food and fitness :lolsign:
I have $15 in gift cards from Amazon.com so I'd prefer to buy it from there, does anyone have any book suggestions for me? Do any of you keep food/fitness journals?

I'm not sure, but if you want something cheaper, you could print off a list of common foods you eat with their calorie count/fat count, etc, and print off a list of exercises you frequently do with the number of calories burned per 30 mins and use a regular notebook?

Why buy one when you can do the same thing online??
i HIGHLY recommend myfitnesspal.com I used it religiously Dec-March to track my calories and workouts and it is a FANTASTIC tool! :)
