I received a response back from them saying 2-3 weeks as well.
Could it be that the people that didn't get the response are not eligible. I thought I read somewhere that it was for the Greater Toronto area.

Did it come by FedEx? I got a note saying FedEx was at my building today but I wasn't home.
It came by fedex and it looks just like the picture on the first page. 1 black and 1 glass.
