I think the rules for the mike and ikes spin to win contest were for US only and I won it twice a long while back and received them :)

I wouldn't be surprised if they 're-used' their rules from a previous contest and forget to include Canada. Seeing as this is linked directly from the Canadian site, I would think we're eligible.
