I tried to redeem for an amazon.com card so I opened a ticket on the helpdesk, around when should I expect a response? '

when do they deduct points for the .com code

has anyone redeemed for .com??

Just redeemed for my 2nd gc. The first I went with the $20 amazon.ca but prefer .com. Ordered on Mar 2nd and it sent to me today.

So the process is:

1) redeem for the amazon.ca gift card
2) process a support ticket requesting to switch your amazon.ca gc reward order to .com
3) they reply saying the order has been updated (within a day or 2)
4) sit and wait


I first thought you had to contact them before ordering but when I sent through the first ticket inquiry they said no the way their system is set up you have to order it first then they go in and adjust it. Anyways, it worked and I got my .com gc!!
