Re: videos: Once they asked me for some demographic information and I accidentally entered my gender as female, and I was able to watch the Vaseline videos at that time. The rest of the time (past and currently) I don't see them at all.

Can anyone explain this to me? I ordered a 10 Amazon.ca gift card on March 3. On April 7th I received the following e-mail

"Hello,

Your Amazon.ca reward has been processed! This means that we have ordered the reward and you will receive it soon. If you ordered an egift, you should receive it within 24 hours. If you ordered a plastic card, your card will be sent out within 24 hours. Pyhsical rewards maybe take up to 3 weeks to receive. This reward was originally redeemed on . I assumed that this should be an electronic gift card, yet I have yet to see a second e-mail. Is this normal? This is the first reward I have redeemed for from zoombucks, so I am not used to their system yet.

This is regular email once they process your reward. You should receive the second email for the gift card within 24 hours (I normally receive the 2nd email within few hours after I receive the 1st email). If you still not recieve the 2nd email by 2 days, then submit a ticket.

I did an 67 ZB offer on Radium One 4 days ago 'sign up for laptop...'. I filled in my personal info and got their credit approval (took a screenshot). I also got an email confirmation. It didn't credit so I submitted ticket with email confirmation. This wasn't sufficient they wanted a screenshot of registration and confirmation email. Luckily I had both and sent it to them and got credited.

SuperSonic had the Lord of Ultima offer for 40 ZB so I did that to fill up my Bonus Bar. Getting close to my first redemption.
