Thread: P90X anybody?
-

I recently acquired the P90X workout videos by Tony Horton. After only 3 sessions, my whole body is aching and I'm L-O-V-I-N-G it so far. Has anybody tried it yet? If so, what have been your results? I would like to hear about P90X feedbacks, but also about other effective workouts ! I am planning to go to the Dominican Republic this spring

I haven't tried P90, but I'm on my second month of ChaLean Extreme, it's a new BeachBody program (the same program as P90). It's intense! I'm not sure if I'd like Tony's style, nor is my fitness up to that point yet, but perhaps in the future I should give that a try. Keep us posted on your progress!

My p90x program is coming to an end, and I must say it was amazing.
I see muscles I never used to see on me before
I therefore highly recommend the p90x to everybody
to learn more about p90x go to beachbody.com and ENJOY!!Last edited by Sally888; Mon, Apr 20th, 2009 at 11:37 PM. Reason: removed advertising

where is the cepeast place to buy P90X?
Costco.ca sells it for 169.99, but it includeds pull up bar and push-up handels.
Which leads me to my next question: Do you need the pull up bar and pushup handels (or any other equipment) to use P90X?

Guys, find this on kijiji and ebay for WAY less. I found it for 40 bucks on kijiji today (actually I found this website from a google search on p90x while trying to find it cheap).
Anyhow...good luck! I'm excited to get my equipment in the mail and get started (be aware that you need a special chinup bar, push up handles, resistance bands, and a yoga mat to do the p90x program).
