This program is needed to download coupons from sc Johnson and the smart bread one however when it says a window will drop down to load it I see nothing.Therefore I can't print any coupons.I do have another coupon printer program that works for other coupons but it will not work for the two above products.I know I'm computer illterate but if someone could advise me what I need to do that would be great.Thanks!!
