How to Play & Win

Visit any participating Sobeys location between September 10 and October 21, 2010 and receive a game ticket every time you go through the checkout lanes. There are more than $1 Million in prizes and discounts available to be won and 3 ways to play and win!

1. Instant Win – 1 in 6 tickets instantly wins a prize or discount! Open your game ticket to reveal a prize messages inside. It’s that easy! There are over 1.5 million prizes and discounts available to be won!

2. Enter to Win – Select tickets will include an electronic ballot form. Take this ballot to the cashier with your Club Sobeys card and you will automatically be entered to win 1 of 42 Free Groceries for a Year prizes! That is a winner EVERYDAY for 6 weeks! These prizes will be awarded as $5,200 in Sobeys Grocery Gift Cards!

3. Online Win – Enter the PIN found inside game tickets for your chance to WIN $100, $500 or $1,000 in Sobeys Gift Cards!

You can receive a game ticket through the following scenarios:
a.) Receive one (1) game ticket when you purchase any eligible product at the checkout of any Participating Store (defined below) during the Contest Period (defined in Section 2 of these Official Rules). Non-eligible products are tobacco products, gift cards, bus passes, lottery purchases, postal services, custom cut freezer orders, Tim Horton's® products, prescriptions, tax, levies, deposits and environmental charges;
b.) Receive one (1) bonus game ticket if your purchase transaction exceeds Seventy-Five ($75.00) dollars (before taxes) worth of eligible products; and
c.) Receive two (2) game tickets when you purchase a featured participating product at the checkout of any Participating Store during the Contest Period, which two (2) game tickets will be issued as follows:
i. one (1) game ticket as a result of your purchase of an eligible product (to confirm, all featured participating products are eligible products); plus
ii. one (1) bonus game ticket as a result of your purchase of a featured participating product.

Featured participating products will be displayed in all Participating Stores and advertised in weekly Sobeys’ flyers during the Contest Period.
Notwithstanding the above mentioned scenarios, maximum one (1) purchase ticket and two (2) bonus tickets per person per transaction and maximum three (3) purchase tickets and six (6) bonus tickets per person per day.
