questions about points tell a friend

Hi:

When I checked the email about tell a friends points. I logged int and it said one friend shopped and I would bet 13000 points. I thought I am supposed to get 16000 since one friend shopped. I went to look at my balance for my points and it said 10000 I am assuming that 2000 is from last week as I am plus member.

Did anyone else get this type of message and points did not balance with what they are supposed to get.

I got the same 13,000pts message...but when I logged in it said I had 18,000pts so it sorta jives.

mine is missing one of my friends who shopped - I know he did and was over $30 because I went with him to make sure, lol. Send them an email.

Mine also acknowledges that I had one friend who did shop (out of the 2 that I know did) and shows me 8,000 points only...

DH got the same 13,000 and he referred my Mom and she shopped so he should have received 16,000!

Has anyone tried sending them an email. Does that work? I never had this problem.

mine didn't show ANYONE who shopped so I'm out at least 56000!! I called and they said they can;t fix it till monday and they would call me back then
