as far as I know that is up to date. Except that I think I will have to remove myself from the list

There seems to be a couple of salads coming so maybe veggies aren't needed? There are food places all around the neighbourhood for any last minute thing we need. IGA in the next block. I can take care of the plates, utensils, napkins, coffee, tea, Coke and pop, ice, cups, condiments and whatever else might be needed like that. And, of course, I'll put out a platter of pickles and olives.

Here's what's on my wish list:

-a copy or two of the coupon inserts from this weekend
-to know who might be the first one at the meeting with a cell phone that could volunteer to act as a contact as people arrive at the door downstairs and buzz my apartment.

I will sneak into the party room a little early (~10:30 AM) to set up. I think gizmo888 will be the first to arrive about 11:45. After that I will hover in the lobby to meet and greet and take people up to the second floor. For those arriving that haven't met me, I will wear my giant pickle outfit... JUST KIDDING... I will wear my signature white cap so you can recognize me.

For those prepping and bringing food, have a look at our attendee list and try to proportion the amount of stuff you're bringing accordingly. It looks like there will be 8-9 adults. A fast, easy and cheap place to pick up some stuff is at Ebi Ten, right downstairs on Robson Street next to the Starbucks. They have all sorts of Japanese stuff ready to go (veggie and otherwise).
