Hotspex is a wonderful survey panel to join. They really bend over backwards for their panel members and put their all into making the survey experience an exceptional one. Their customer service is very friendly and genuinely care about panel members.

I have reached my incentive only once in the past year with HotSpex.com. However, I love taking their surveys, as they are so interesting. As with all surveys, what you buy and how you live (and even where you live) influences what surveys you recieve. So it will be a different experience for each person. But this is one of the best ones I've experienced.

I like the contests, Ive won 4 in so that alone is great but the delivery of the giftcards is brutal...over 8 weeks and now they say after the 4th email to them that they will be sending it out in a couple of weeks. Also everyone probably got an email about getting I think 5 or 10 bux for updating your profile......you have to update it because if you go check your address probably wont be there which would make it pretty hard to ever get your reward. After they did recent system changes addresses got deleted.
yes, their customer service is excellent ~ whenever i contact them for any questions, uaually get their reply within 24 hrs
