    Who is eligible to participate?
    • Manitoba Hydro residential customers who own or rent their home which is occupied on a year round basis. Seasonal residences such as cottages/cabins do not qualify as year round energy and water savings do not provide enough sufficient economic benefits to offer a kit.
    • Property managers or landlords who manage or own a multi-unit residential property.

I'm from Ontario (but listed "Manitoba" as my province - had no choice) BUT put my postal code (from Ontario). Wonder if it'll work - it took my order. I'll keep you guys posted by letting you know in the "Freebies: tell us what you received" section...

While many Ontario residents are doing their best to conserve energy by turning down thermostats and shutting off unneeded lights and appliances, some may ask what more can they do to conserve energy.

Enbridge Gas Distribution's T.A.P.S. participation program targets gas-fired water heater customers residing in single family and low-rise dwellings. This FREE service is delivered by a team of fully qualified Field Service Technicians that install and equip the homeowner or tenant with water and gas saving measures including the following:
    • Thermostat (Enhanced TAPS only)
    • Aerators 1 kitchen/1 bathroom
    • Showerheads water saving (2 per household)
    • Four fluorescent light bulbs

that is so awesome! it's a shame they don't just automatically send one to each household. are they assuming some people don't have a shower in their home?
