I seen it is on for a really good price at Walmart and wondering if anyone has it and know what it is like???? I have been a Swiffer fan but it gets expensive paying for all the refills and I hate my pets walking on the chemicals. So let me know if it is any good!!!!

I wish I could help you, but if you want help with your swiffer here's a thread from yesterday about resuable swiffer pads and refilling the solution with your own:

By the way, you can look it up on snopes, the swiffer cleaners are harmless to pets.
Good luck with whichever route you chose

We find it really effective, espeically on ceramics. Remember to pick up some extra cleaning pads and change them often!

I can't comment on the Dirt Devil since I have the Shark Floor Steamer. I have a Miele and I use that to vac first since we have a dog. Then I use the Shark Floor steamer (the one that flips so you can use both sides). That is a WONDERFUL machine!. It makes my floors so stinkin' clean and they are dry in seconds instead of the wet floors I was left with after using my micro fibre mop with hot water and vineagar. Now all I use is tap water . Mine also comes with an attachment so you can go over carpet/area rugs to refreshen them
I also have the small Shark steamer that I use for the bed, car, couches,Harley's bed, blinds, counters.... the list goes on and on. It is also great for steaming clothes and getting wrinkles out of bed sheets
The Shark Floor was $119 at CT and the smaller one was $49 in the states at Coscto
