coupons in newspapers

hi, i am trying to help out someone new to couponing and they can't find any of the newspaper coupons... i am not sure what area of calgary they are in, but any help would be great, thanks

Don't live in Calgary.Live in Red Deer.Coupons aren't in a certain area of Calgary.Canada doesn't get newspaper coupon inserts every week like the U.S.When someone posts P &G Brandsaver,Red Plum and Smart Source are out on a certain day.Look in the Calgary Herald and Calgary Sun that weekend.You are more likely to get coupons if you subscribe to the newspapers.The coupons may not be in the newspaper in store or the newspaper boxes.Look inside the store bought newspaper before you buy to see if it has the coupons.

what i meant by the area, was in some places around where i live we get them in the free local papers... and so in one city near me, they can come in 4-5 different papers... and i do realize that coupons don't come weekly... thanks anyways
