I wanna sent Christmas cards.... did we all sign up for the SC Xmas card exchange????? This being trapped in the country is driving me nuts! this is week 4 without my car. Amazing I have booped DH! pretty much the only person I've seen in 3 weeks now! .... I am telling you all now, I will not be held responsible for any "mishaps" that may happen to him this week if my car isn't fixed! (snicker snicker)

I still can't get into Aph's entry, what is up with that? It is a wierd error too, especially on a weekend. You know that no one is watching over at P&P on the weekends, I wonder why it would just disappear like that?
I guess we'll have to see what happens with the contests in the morning. I did write them an email, nothing nasty, just telling them the facts of what was going on, people obviously downvoting and being mean. Didn't mention any of you just in case you were all writing letters too. Don't want to cross wires, just as NS said. Gotta go PM her!
You could have come over for supper. We had chicken pizza and S'mores for dessert (Winter's idea! LOL) What a huge mess... I forgot how they just explode when you bite them, I had 2 small kids covered in marshmallow and chocolate, and they were both laughing so hard. It took me like an hour to clean it all up ;b
Oh Reb, that sucks! You are so NOT a screw up, we all know you, and as far away as we all are, we love you like family Not much of a stand-in for local family, but you can come get loved here anytime!
My mom is like that too, and I finally stopped talking to her about 4 years ago. I just didn't want to be treated like that anymore. Sad for her, cause now I have two sweet kids, but I don't want them exposed to that kind of negativity either!
WE LURV YOU!

hey there everyone. I felt lost this weekend without you guys because I forgot my laptop at home and went to London baby this weekend...ON not England *sigh*
LOL, so sorry we couldn't make it out to you but seriously what the f is up with the crazy snow yesterday and today? We got to London into a snow storm...Toronto was not hit at all...most of the drive it was raining we get to Woodstock the friggin white stuff...crazy...anyways we settled in to mom's best friends' place and then went to the shower. Today we left their place by 11am hit Liquidation World and Old Navy cuz we couldn't do it yesterday. Nothing much at LW but I got two t-shirts and 2 tank tops at Old Navy for myself for $12 cuz I had the 30% off coupon so I was happy. I saw this nice red dressy jacket there for 110$, really nice but not 100$ nice so I didn't get it.
Anyways I am so sorry I didn't see you because now that you describe the house filled with toys and kids I need to come by
As for everyone else out there I missed ya...those a$$es on P&P are pissing me off large with the rude comments...get a life please
I have tons of laundry to do now and I need to eat, it is almost 11pm here but I am as hungry as a pregnant woman carrying twins...oh crap I am eating for LOLCAT now...that can't be good.
While I was catching up I heard someone mention they are Herbal Magic? Good luck, I did it a few years back and lost weight with it but I got de-motivated when people working there left and the new ones were not as encouraging...but when I left I also got pregnant weeks after and gained 50 pounds after the pregnancy so I need something drastic real soon *sigh* another big *SIGH*

Mine is a clean fanatic. She & my dad come by once a week to clean & do laundry & bring groceries (hey, I'm not going to complain). So, I have to clean before she comes, only to have her tell me the place is a mess (what do you expect - the dog, the cat & I all shed, me more than the critters). I just keep reminding myself that when she was still living with her parents, she would come home from working 12 hours and start cleaning. She would tell my poor grandmother, who had spent hours cleaning, that the place was a mess. I think all mothers have that I must annoy my child gene - it especially kicks in once the "child" is over 30. Gotta remember the good traits they have, & know you're not alone. We all have interesting mothers.
Oh, and this will give you a smile. When I bought my condo (I tagged along when my friend went to look at the condo & she hated it & I fell in love), after I told my mom that I bought it & was moving out (2 years after the announcement mind you), she cried. And cried. For a week, every time she looked at me she cried, because I didn't love her anymore cause I was growing up. I was 33.
Even harder was having the discussion about not getting married. Of course, now that the children of the people she knows are getting divorces, she thinks I made the right choice. In fact, there are days when she tells me she wishes she were single.
Find someone with a similar mom & trade stories. Trust me, you'll come out the winner.
