Well I have decided I have a NEW tradition it started LAST Thanksgiving 2007. When Leilani was born. She was ONLY 16 hours old hubby & I went out for breakfast. An elderly lady went into cardiac arrest. I having just had major surgery ONLY 8 weeks earlier. Pulled her out of booth and performed CPR on her in a crowed restaurant. She was dead for maybe 1 min. I brought her back to life. Went to see her when we went to see the baby at the hospital. Funny thing the lady said she knew and remembered me. I knew she did not. But I let her think she did. Well I asked about her when we were up north last week. She is doing fine.

Harley, I vote for the name MaryLou for the cat hoping you discovered it was a girl. My dad's bird cocatiel died last March and well we had her for 22 yrs and a real part of the family. He is still devestated anytime someone mentions her name. She died of some unknown disease and even though she outlived her life expectancy she had it good. She was potty trained and roamed around the house freely anything and everything she could. My mom had to put a stop to her eating chicken feeling it was just wrong to eat relatives but man she ate salsa out of the bowl and drank from your coke next to it. What a birdie. I actually do miss that little thing now that I really think about her.

ok i totally need to go shower before the tudors comes on! since i missed it last week cause of the stupid satellite going out cant miss it this week night everyone

work fooked up my schedule they didnt end up needing me tonight go figure after i already got there...she said oh i tried to get you all morning but the phone was busy...umm i didnt wake up till 10 mom was in bed till 11:30 then told me to look something up on the computer for her at that time...well store opens at 9 so guess she lied when she said she tried to get me all morning cause that left her from 9-11:30 to call me so omfg dont lie to me and say you tried all morning when you didnt...that ticked me off just a bit but they only gave me a few hours a week till the week of christmas then i work all week from the 19-24 all morning and afternoon or all afternoon and all evening so wont be around that week at all

Rose you better make sure they pay you for showing up. I remember being a manager if someone showed up and I didn't need them, I still had to pay them for 3hrs so double check what they will pay you since she never officially got a hold of you. Do not let them screw you over already
