Hi all!!
Still got loads of catchin' up to do, but I'm getting there!...and feelin a little better the last couple days(another new medicine)

Hi everyone thought I should join in after lurking for so long. I finally got the hint. Also wanted to say thanks for the votes for my lil stinker.

For dinner, the brats had boiled chicken with rice (I use the "broth" to make popsicles). The dog had cauliflower as her choice of vegetables, while the cat had peas (his most favourite thing in the world - did I mention he's weird?). I had leftover BBQ pork & fried rice that my parents brought from the deli section of the Asian grocery story near them (it's really really good & cheap - 4 meals for less than $10). I'm just heating up a couple of spring rolls (also from the grocery store & part of the $10) as a midnight snack. Of course, I'll be lucky to get 1/2 a spring roll, what with the ever-starved critters acting like they haven't eaten in days.

The kitty deserves a special treat. I took him down to the condo party room to keep me company while I played Scrabble with my friend. He's still somewhat shy in new situations, so he decided to sleep in my oversized purse (well, what else would I put in my purse but my cat?). He behaved himself, he even managed a tiny purr or 2, but he was happy when we called it a night. He jumped out of the purse when the elevator doors opened and dragged me home. The silly creature pulls harder on the leash than my dog.

Hmmm I like one's that pay out as well I have a few that are surveys but the time to do them and what ya get back sometimes can be very time consuming. But when I am at work and have time to kill.... they are great. LOL

I usually save the points/cash for times like Christmas and save them all year long.

I jsut wanted to share i had crappy day yesterday with many issues and well, I also found out my dd got a tattoo. One of those jail type ones on her ankle. Mind you it's illegal......It's ok she could've doen worse I am jstu worred abotu steriality. Not sure what eh punishemnt will be as i told ehr I woudl not sign for one and she ahd to wait till she as 18 as she will probably not want the same thing at 30. LOL. Well it's taht blue type small, and ugly and i woudl love to knwo who did it.

I am gooan take her to get tested as i doubt it was sterile. Nice.....Boy teenagers are dumbells.

Thanks for the words everyone..diidnt get anything done online last night, friend of ours hit a rough patch and so we were doling out food and extra winter jackets and stuff for him and wife..we were there once when we were first married..so wanted to pass on the help we got when we had hard times..so later gonna make up a basket for them for Christmas with shampoos, etc and other freebies..
