Hey--my first post here

WELCOME! i'm sure you have a great time with us. or at least a weird time.. lol

Here is the recipe if people want it:

3 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
2 cups softened butter
1 cup fine sugar
2 (100gram) Toblerone bars chopped
Blend together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Combine flour and cornstarch
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing after each addition
Chop Toblerone pieces and fold into dough
The dough should be very thick
Heat oven to 350 and bake for 20-25 mins or until the sides are golden brown.

there is such a thing as superfine sugar for baking too. i know someone asked if it was icing. that's diff again, and then there's raw..demera... ugh.. i wanna make these sound amazing!!!

oh valentines day i'll have to post the shortbread hearts i make, you use 2 diff size cookie cutters, cuttting the heart out of the one tha tgoes on top and filling with rasp jam..they are delic! and uses mainly icing sugar. supersweet.

And what is that recipe!! OMG shortbread and Toblerone, I think I am have an org......

Hey, Gowan is a Toronto boy (well, Scarborough, actually). I grew up 2 blocks away from him, but he`s older than me (sigh, could`ve been my classmate otherwise). My friend, a huge fan, also literally bumped into him (is he a clutz or what) at her Doc`s one day & nearly fainted.

Sting is fun in concert, Fragile is on my top 10 list of all-time fav songs. Did you ever see that doc on TV where he does the, um, yoga poses? If I could find someone that flexible, I`d consider giving up my spinster status.

Honeymoon Suite, they`re great in concert too. Love All Along You Knew. Most of my friends had their posters on their walls. Being weird, I had framed prints of cars.

Seekthetruth, that is one cute puppy! I can't imagine one being that small though (we've never had a chihauhau before, only border collies and a black lab....so lots bigger!)

ughhhh so i feel stupid ok I had plans to go to post office and send my adopted aunts present so that it would hopefully make it in time for christmas well of course I forgot her addy I know her full addy except her zip code so i was SOL crap then went to the bank was supposed to get a direct deposit form for work guess what i forgot LOL great wtf im so not with it today
