we are having our first storm. i thought i was dreaming about someone sweeping the floor and when i woke up it was snow hitting my window. it is strange how sounds wake you up. otherwise it is a good day to hunker in, and do those little things that i always say i don't want to, fix coats in my closet so they don't fall on me when i open door etc.
we all have those things. i have a family member stuck in toronto airport since friday, i hope everything works out. i know she won't try to come home again anytime soon.

Now, I've really got to go finish cleaning my kitchen - I got the bright idea to bake last night & couldn't find the cornstarch & well, right now I can't even get in there to make breakfast for the 3 of us. Luckily, they're both still sleeping.

Good morning all, we finally got cold weather here--it went from 75F Sat. to 16F this morning. BURR, course no where near as cold as most of you guys.

morning everyone, hope its not too cold everywhere..stayed up late watching the movie Vantage Point - wasnt too bad, though dh didnt like it..in-laws decided to not stay for supper, when I offered tacos, had a pork roast out but wouldnt have been enough, guess they dont like tacos..lol

hoping to get the last few things all picked up for today so dont have to go back to mall, well off to vote for all the enteries

Ok dumb quesion, for my turkey to cook christmas day shoudl i have out in fridge already? Last few years i have been given those butterball cook from frozen so its been a few years since had to take one out and stuff it..lol
