Love2save thanks for the list for the contests it helps a great deal! Would you please add my Christmas pic of Mollie to it, thanks! She got a rabbit for Christmas and her big brother helped her open it but then wouldn't give it to her lmao she was quite determined to get it! She loves stuffed toys and I hate not giving her any but she makes such a huge mess with them. It's strange some she plays with and doesn't chew up right away others she slaughters in a matter of hours, the brat! The bunny had a squeaker in it and I know better then to get her those, it's like she has to see what is making that noise, worse then a kid that takes apart all their toys to see what makes them run! Amazingly tho the bunny kept it's insides for a couple days, think she was having so much fun playing with ds and dd with it that she let it go longer. oops Rose, lol caught me I've been a day off since Christmas could claim old age is sneaking up on me but lol the fact is I'm just a nitwit that can't keep track of what day it is!

Hi everyone...OMG I am still so beat because of all the driving 2 round trips of 16 hours total each trip.. Thanks for the kind words about Gomer.. Prancer is trying to play with Dasher but she is 11 years old and is not that playful. We came close to losing Prancer and Kodyac aka the Horse yesterday. Kodyac grabbed the kitten by his right hind leg and bit down, I heard the kittens screams jumped up tried to grab the kitten and the horse was ready for a tug of war. Well I wasn't punched her right in the face she turned loose of the kitten, I smacked the dog and she was crated for 3 hours. The kitten was NOT hurt. Now when the dog sees me she runs to her crate.


Thanks for all the words.. I have tons of laundry to do, Christmas to take down.

We might have to do that whole trip again. To bring daughter & grand baby down to live here.

oh no poor baby loses his friend then attacked by the horse! So glad the dog didn't do any damage to his leg. I hope you get a bit of rest before you have to make that trip again HG.

lol sorry Rose I confuse my dh all the time too but with no outside life it's hard to keep track. I go by Wednesday pogo badge day and the weekend since dh will be off lol the rest of the week I'm rather lost.

Did anyone else think it was strange how fast the contest changed and that it didn't change for some. I had voted thru out the holiday not as much as I wanted to but off and on, then suddenly almost everyone had zipped way up. Some were down to 2.9 and suddenly they were at 4.9. On Love2save's dog in the smile contest I'd vote and vote and vote and couldn't get it above 2.9 but it got to 4.9 overnight, now it has fallen to 4.1 and isn't moving again. HG, Haunish and several others their jcp wish lists didn't change at all where some of us were down quite a ways and not even near that 5th box and suddenly the 5th box was almost covered totally. Just had thought when I first saw all the higher scores that there must of been a glitch or something and that PNP had corrected it. I guess it could of just been that everyone was able to start voting again after xmas was past. Not complaining was just weird to me.

I have a sorta tech question for you folks. My parents got it in their heads they want a Wii or something equivalent. Basically, they want a game they can use to exercise inside, since it's too cold & icy to go for walks in the winter. What do you all recommend? I'm looking for something fairly economical, but don't know the difference between an XBox, Wii, Nintendo, Playstation, etc. They all seem to have some sort of dance or sport game available. Also, what do you recommend for a couple of very healthy, very spry seniors in their 70s? Something that can work their muscles, but not too overwhelming, since they're likely to be playing it for the next dozen or so years.

The Wii is awesome, Andit... though if you are getting it for them to use for exercise, there is a seperate piece called the "Wii Fit" that goes with a lot of the exercise games. It is a balance board that looks a lot like an electric scale. You have to stand on it so that the Wii knows you are doing the moves right and it encourages you. A lot of the games "Learn" from the Fit as well, and tailor their exercises to you.

You should be able to get a good deal on a Wii/Wii fit just after the new year. I'm sure lots of stores will have good sales.

Well I am finally done with over 16 hours of round trip driving for 2 days.

On Dec 27 our 17 yr old cat Gomer passed away ... The kitten is lost with out him They were best buddies..

I am off to eat dinner and do more laundry..

I'm so sorry Harley It is always so incredibly sad when a beloved member of the family passes, no matter how old they are.

Lolcat – I have been fighting something for a month now. I know the pink eye is part of it but the doctors don’t seem to care. I made them do a throat swab in Cambridge, but nothing. The pain is in the glands more than the raw throat that you usually get so honey doesn’t work or I would be drink a ton a hot water and honey. (yummy) I have an appointment next week with my real doctors, so maybe by then I’ll be sick enough for something to show. The biggest thing is I have no real fever. I slight one, but only I know that because my temp is usually low to begin with (96 -97), so I know if I am hitting 98 I have a slight fever but everyone else thinks it is normal.

SMB, can you send me a PM with all the symptoms you are having? Maybe I can give you some suggestions for things to say to your doctor, topics you can bring up to "Help them help you"

They're drinking champagne, of course! Actually, it's tuna "juice" (the liquidy stuff in the canned tuna that was my lunch & their special treat). It hasn't shown up as well as I'd hoped, but the dog is wearing a feather boa.

Your pets must have a lot of patience. I can't even get my cats to put on a little santa hat or antlers.

I have noticed this too star, yesterday was the only day that I haven't been on the voting site, was away all day, so today was amazing with all the increases. I know I vote and vote but never see a change in the scores

oh my gosh, my 70 gallon fish tank just broke and it is now pouring in my dd bedroom downstairs, I just finsihed hauling everyhting out of there except the bed, my dh is trying to finish draining the tank..what a disaster!!!

and AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHH (thats me screaming also imagine me jumping up and down with joy) they overlooked a part in grease and they cast me as JAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! idk how that got overlooked but im happy it did cause that means I get to be a pink lady!!!!!!!! oh they said i was too skinny for the part but they are going to try and figure out a way to fix it with costumes
