I was looking in the frozen section at walmart rq. The quantity of products is really deminishing at our walmart. We are getting less and less variety.

You know where I found them? At a smaller chain-Food Lion. They are not made by any big brand name or the store brand, actually look rather generic(the packaging).

Oh I used to enjoy Krispy Kremes but they closed them all up - well at least in Kitchener and Windsor. I'm a die hard Timmies fan and have at least one a day.

My local Petro Canada (gas station for those south of the border) sells Krispy Kremes - all varieties, fresh & delicious. Sooo yummy. Love Timmies too, although I don't drink coffee - I get the Timbits with a glass of water (yeah, I'm weird). Also love their sandwiches.

Now I'm getting hungry.

Is Tim Hortons a restaurant?

The original Tim Horton was a very clever hockey player who put his money into a coffee shop, which grew into a whole chain of coffee shops. I think it's now owned by Wendy's (there's another restaurant in the group, but can't remember the name - everyone is merging these days).

It's very popular on the east coast (Maritime provinces) & Ontario, less so in the west. The biggest shock to the European & US visitors I've had visit are the number of coffee shops here - literally you can't walk a block without passing at least 1. Canadians love love love their coffee.

Shopping with coupons is always exciting, especially when the cashier insists on reading every single word - the smaller the print, the more exciting.

Just joined up, the only good prize I see is the Nintendo Wii. So, I currently have 4000 points, still a long way to go, but I get points quick.

today is hubby and my Anniversary, and I am too sick with the flu to even plan a nice dinner tonight. Such is life lol

We were able to save the fish, we have another tank that is about 40g I think, we transferred the fish from that tank into a big tub and put the fish that were in the 70g into the 40g. The fish we have cant be in one tank together or will kill each other.

Glad you were there to save the fish (& your floors). Hope that's an adventure you don't repeat.

So sorry to hear about your kitty. Sounds like everybody is acting a bit out of sorts - keep an eye on the "horse", the rough play might be related to losing Gomer. Once again my condolences.

The only thing I've claimed is the book: "The Tokyo Look Book", and I'm only at 37,000 points now. I pretty much stopped entering on this site for a long time, now I wish I hadn't. Anywho, what about you guys?

So far I've got 2 DVDs (making of a couple of Broadway shows, & 1960s flick about the Roman Empire), book & a dog sweater (too small for the dog, so the male cat has to wear the pink sweater ).

I'm going to try to catch up a little today--still recovering from the pneumonia. Seems like I had a little relapse, but when I think back, I started feeling bad the day after I finished all my meds. That's prob it. I was told it would take me extra long to recover because it takes a normal person a while to get back to normal, and you guys know I'm not normal, so it will take me even longer...lol. No, they said it would take me longer because of my other health conditions. I"M SO FRIGGIN TIRED OF BEING TIRED!! I didn't even party on New Year's Eve!!

I can sympathize with the tired of being tired thing. I did manage to stay up til midnight on New Years, though my parents had to wake me when I nodded off at 11.

If you like Iced Capuccino, my local Loblaws Superstore just started carrying Starbucks bottled Ice Caps for, I think $2 a bottle (cheaper than the coffee shop & you don't have to leave home). My parents are addicted. They actually found the same Starbucks Iced Caps in a small independent grocery store just down the street from them for $16 for a case of 12.

Well, in the avatar, the critters are both wearing sunglasses & it's hard to tell, but in the sig, the dog is wearing a feather boa & the cat has red beads on (I know he's a boy, but since we're in a big city he can be metrosexual).

What do you mean stiff competition? So lets say I have enough points to claim the Wii, and I do, do I automatically get the Wii or is it like a contest where other people have a chance to win it too?
