Well I'm sad to report that Helen passed away this after while her family was by her side. It's very, very sad but I am just so relieved that she is not going to suffer. I don't know if she even realized what happened. I believe she probably felt the initial incident but she was in shock and they placed her on life support to keep her heart strong.
It's a very sad day for everyone. Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts and prayers...it's greatly appreciated.
In closing, I DO have some good news
Hard to believe eh? I got a call from my doctor's office this afternoon and they had received my ultrasound results. There was no change from the one 6 months ago. The lumps haven't grown or disappeared and there weren't any new ones. It's a relief. The doctor didn't require to see me. On the other hand, he wanted to see my husband so we're going on Feb 10th. His sleep apnea test results are in so it's regarding that. But, he also has an appointment with a cardiologist for Feb 16th. He's only 42 years old but the history of heart trouble is extensive in his family 
Heading out to go play radio bingo with my veteran...

So sorry to hear about your neighbour Tina, but she went fast so family not suffering along with her. It's hard for the whole community when it's such a small place and everyone knows everyone. Hope you guys and our vet win at bingo tonight. Glad to hear your medical news - will keep Shawn in my thoughts as you wait on news for him.
