So anyone not ever answer the door when odd people show up? It's 8pm on a Friday night and my doorbell rings. We are all in our pj's (kids and I) and hubby is out playing basketball. So the kids run to the door of course and the elder tells me its not the neighbours. I get there and through the side window see some big guy there. He sees me so I say can I help you...and he says yes...but doesn't proceed. So I dont get it and just tell him sorry Im putting the kids to sleep and leave the door. I have an alarm which is on but it kinda creeped me out.
Who is selling something at 8pm...oh well...I would not open it even during the day if I saw him there and home alone, I don't take chances

I DON'T ANSWER THE DOOR EVEN IN THE DAYTIME! too many weirdos around. it helps too when u have 2 loud barking dogs. how many times have i left and thought the door was locked to come home and find it wide open. ? nothing taken, either the wind blew the door open, the dogs scared them off, or i had nothing worth taking.

Have you guys heard about Christian Bale's rant? He basically swears at someone on the set of Terminator for about 4 minutes. Somebody added a dance beat to it so it sounds like a song. I can't stop listening to it. I love Christian Bale by the way.

How scary Amy anyone with a good reason for being there would of said what it was he wanted, so glad you didn't open that door, might of been nothing but never know anymore. For everyone 1 of women that won't open the door far too many do, guess we just don't want to be rude. Be RUDE and be safe in this world we can no longer trust a stranger which is really sad isn't it. I hate my door I can't see out of any of the window good enough to see who is on the porch and the peep hole is worthless I can never see through that but its better then the back door which is half window! Keep asking dh to at least get a dead bolt on it and some bars but so far he hasnt' if I could do it I would. I hate when he's gone over night and i'm here alone with that blasted door that wouldn't keep anyone out.
Kids aren't coming this weekend, had car trouble if they get it fixed they'll be here next week, hope my dd can still stay 2 weeks then. I also got a ton of stuff on pet society forum for my pet couldn't believe it. A jukebox, wood stove that has glass to watch the fire thru, bunches of plants even a dancing daisy, bamboo, chic bonsai several shrubs, cactus and ummm some other plants, a radio, teddy bear, yellow & black duckies, floor tile, wall paper x2, a tall cabinet shelf, pinwheel lol don't remember what all, one lady spoiled me so bad sent most of it. Shebby gave me a pink fridge lol I felt like i'd hit the lottery. lol then I got another pink fridge in a mystery box later. Now if they would only give me another room to put it all right now have the bathroom & kitchen combined---gross huh lol!

good morning I think lol too early to be sure. Dh is bugging me to go over to Shreveport, La with him and stay overnight. Go to a couple casino's with him and get a buffet at the one. Then he'll take me back to the motel and go back to the casino. JOY JOY. Would have to stay at motel 6 since we'll have the dog and no way can I sleep in a motel 6, the beds totally suck plus they are so noisy usually, least this one has wifi so I could take you all with me . Still thinking about it but he's really pressuring so suppose I will probably go with him. Shoot between my hip, neck and head cold it'd be a miserable trip. Then being in the casino with all the cig smoke when my sinuses are already burning YUCK. What is he thinking!!!!?
I can't get SCHOOL to work either, tried changing from capital letters like that word last month that worked that way but this one didn't. Have a great weekend everyone

i won a princess phone on ps. still waiting for it. i had to add her as a friend first (makes sense) so am sure next time she's on i'll get it. it's worth 2000 coins.

oh and i decided tom is going to live the life of a squalor. with his "mom" in another room. gues whose geting the phone!
