My mommy sent me back banana bread with cranberries yesterday (she handed me a big bag and told me to eat it lol). I just ate half the loaf just sitting here.

okay here is the peanut butter chicken as well:

1.5-2lbs chicken/pork tenderloin
1 onion, sliced in rings
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup soysauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp chopped peanuts(garnish, optional)
1 lime, cut in wedges(garnish,optional)

Pu onion slice on bottom of crockpot, Put meat on top. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, and peanut butter.
Garnish with nuts and lime(I didnt have so didnt do)
Cook low 8-10 or high 4-5 hours

Our house renos are done (for the most part). At least Tyler and I are back in. I have missed about a month's worth of posts, which I will try to tackle this afternoon while Tyler is napping.

So, while I've been "away" I found out for sure that I am pregnant. about 8 weeks or so. That makes me due the middle to end of September ... ugha!!! Full on pregnant during the summer is NOT something I'm looking forward to Oh, well. At least we're pregnant

i'm inna foul mood. mad at hubby for calling me up and complaining he got no $$ for gas rest of week. like what can i do? i don't work, i dont' make money, he doesn't leave a dime home for me. he wants me to call my mom and whine for money. this time i'm not doing it. to hell with him. he doesn't drink, he doesn't gamble. but he smokes. and it always comes down to cigs or milk for the kid. cigs always win. so this time it's like FOOKU.

If you got boneless chicken you could make Brown sugar chicken which is the best.

Brown sugar chicken, is:
6 chicken breast halves
cover with 1 cup br. sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 3 cloves garlic, minced, could prob, use garlic pwdr., 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2/3 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup soda, sprite, if not can use coke.
cook on low 6-9 hours and serve with rice..

its is the best one I make it all the time..I have a peanut butter chicken as well..

omg, i had almost all those ingredients, except sprite.. can u use diet tho haun? cause i can't have the sugar and the pop!

so i made delish chicken or sumthing i got off of the web. basically it's 6-8 b/s chicken breasts, season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, celery salt (i used seeds), combine 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of cream of celery, 1/4 c white wine and pour over chicken. top with grated parmesan. 6-8 hours on low. serve over rice (already made), and pass the parmesan!

CONGRATS!!!! we are going to be busy spoiling you guys what was tyler into? ryan has been super quiet since last night. but then he did get the old kitchen table put into a spare bedroom, and he did root out a 1000 pc puzzle...so i'm hoping that's wassup

There yea go tell him second hand smoke is much better and its FREE tehhe My dad use to be the same way - he would buy his beer and smokes before our food - he finally realized how much it puts a dent in my parents pocket (he hasnt had a cig since in over 13 years but hes all into his baby (snowmobile now). But I cant complain he paid 3 years of my college tuition and rent

NS that sux big time. I didnt know Blair smoked but man he needs to get his priorities straight and stop smoking to save his life and a little money. I hate smokers (no offense people) but alot of people I used to know who smoked didn't consider others around them. I don't know anyone now who does smoke except for one brother (not the one with problems right now) but he is not allowed to smoke anywhere near us, but he stinks when he gets home.
So my parents kicked my brother out of the house. The last month or so he has actually been fine, just lazy to do a thing and really is refusing to help himself. We truly feel his depression is over but he is scared to start his life again and fears work right now. My parents got tired of him I guess and kicked him out. We shall see what happens with him. Yesterday he came by my sister's place and he was fine. Let's hope for the best and he learned to move on with life and the things that matter most
