Thanks for the words leftie...I couldn't give rep so thanks instead!
I'm curious, has anyone else had problems with UPS before? I have a package in "never never land" right now and I can't seem to get a straight answer from them. Over a week ago (Feb.6) I came home to a missed delivery slip. Since I was going away for a week I called and asked them to deliver the package to my work instead (I have done this before) and was told this was no problem. Feb.14 I arrive home to 3 more missed delivery slips and a final delivery warning. Of course b/c it was the weekend no one was working. On the Monday I phoned and found out that despite me asking for the package to go to work they continued to deliver it to my home and went so far as to note that my office number was incorrect b/c there was no such "apartment number" in my home complex (no sh##!). So after they apologized they promised it would be delivered to my work Feb.17 b/w 8-4pm. Tuesday came and went (so did the UPS man at work) but no package. I phoned them twice...first time they said they were sure the guy was still coming, even though I told them they had already delivered at work. The second time they were extremely sorry and would write a complaint and ensure it would be delivered the next day (which is today). Today came and went again. I have phoned several times, have been promised that the central delivery office would phone me...no luck and no phone call. On the phone back there was the promise that they were still coming and that since the building doors were now locked the delivery man would phone when he arrived so I could meet him. Anyone surprised when I say no phone call. My last call to the help center said they will place a formal complaint against the driver. When I questioned how that helped me get the package, they assured me that it would and for sure it would be delivered tomorrow (Thursday). I am so FRUSTRATED with them. At this point I would never use them again personally and would (sort of am) warn others to think about using them as a package delivery service. Canada post may be frustrating at times but I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have with UPS these last few days.
OK, done venting....sorry but thanks for listening/reading!

I ran into something similar before except it was an employee with an extremely racist email. He said he sent it to me by accident but the point that he had this in his inbox with the intentions of sending it out to people had him fired. Zero tolerance.
If people are sending out rude and racist emails like this no wonder people are fighting and killing each other in this world. Horrible stuff
